What are the global shipping timelines?
Due to the artisanal nature of our pieces, standard production takes 2-4 weeks. Once crafted, global shipping requires an additional 7-14 days depending on your location. Every piece is shipped via insured premium courier.

What is your return policy for artisanal goods?
